


Do not put paper in the manual feed slot when you are printing from the paper tray. Even if you are printing multiple sheets, do not feed the next sheet of labels until the Touchscreen instructs you to do so. Do not put more than one sheet of labels in the manual feed slot at any one time. You should use a brand-new sheet of labels with none of its labels missing. The Touchscreen will briefly read 'Manual Feed Slot ready.' Let go of the sheet when you hear the machine pull it in a short distance. Using both hands, put one sheet of labels into the manual feed slot in landscape orientation, print side face up until the front edge touches the paper-feed roller. The labels on the left and right sides of the manual feed slot will help you correctly position the paper guides.ģ. Slide the manual feed slot paper guides to match the width of the sheet of labels you are going to use. The machine automatically turns on Manual Feed Mode when you put paper in the manual feed slot.
